Pay the Invoice is a podcast and apparel line operated by AI Acrobatics, San Diego, California, USA. By using this site, buying merch, or subscribing to the newsletter, you agree to these terms. If you don't, don't.

BRAND, CONTENT, AND COPY

The Pay the Invoice name, logo, podcast audio, episode artwork, photography, and site copy are owned by AI Acrobatics. You're welcome to share episodes and quote us with credit. You may not use the brand marks on competing apparel, on resale listings, or in ways that imply we endorse you or your business without written permission.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT

Apparel is print-on-demand. When you buy, your order is sent to our production partner (Printful or Printify) who prints, finishes, and ships the piece. Production typically takes 2–5 business days. Shipping then takes another 5–9 days in the US, 9–14 internationally.

Payments are processed by Shopify. Prices are listed in US dollars and exclude taxes and customs duties; those are calculated at checkout or owed at delivery depending on your country.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND PRINT ERRORS

• Sizing or fit issue: contact us within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• Print defect, wrong item, or shipping damage: photograph the issue and email us within 14 days; we replace at no cost.
• Change of mind after wearing: sorry, no — POD garments can't be restocked.
• Cancellation: orders can be cancelled before production starts (usually within an hour of checkout). After that, we can't pull it back.

The site, the products, and the podcast are provided "as is." Apparel quality and fulfillment are governed by our production partner's manufacturing tolerances — we'll make any clear defect right, but variations in print position, color depth, and garment dye lot are normal for print-on-demand.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent allowed by law, AI Acrobatics's total liability for any claim related to this site, the podcast, or a product order is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of San Diego County, California.

CHANGES

We may update these terms over time. The effective date at the top of the page tells you when the current version took effect. Material changes will be announced on the newsletter.
